Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Resourcer to join their Head Office in Nottinghamshire.
This is a hands-on role, working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to source experienced International Consultants for future proposals and assist in the general business development process. You will be responsible for project managing our immediate and future recruitment needs, liaising extensively with Senior Consultants and Directors, advising on appropriate media channels, preparing advertisements for publication, conducting paper/telephone screening and recommending candidates for shortlist. You will most likely be an experienced in-house recruiter, confident managing high volume recruitment, be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload. A natural relationship builder, you will be proactive in your approach, ensuring the provision of talent candidate pools for future assignments. |
