Due to expansion our client is seeking an IT Manager to be based out of the Nottinghamshire office.
Duties will include: •Develop the IT vision. •To develop specific IT strategies and policies through a review of the business and future requirements •To identify appropriate technical and acquisition solutions and also the most cost effective approach to their implementation. •To develop, agree and then manage budgets for IT •To manage the process of contracting and implementing the new systems and process, change management and training of existing staff •To establish ongoing process for managing IT and responding to new demands and changing technology •To set up processes to provide IT support to field consultants and projects, including the capacity to effectively manage the IT components of projects Skills required: •Demonstrated ability to think beyond technical solutions to envisage IT as a business tool to achieve business objectives •Conversant with the range of IT solutions currently available and likely future developments •Proven ability to work with Directors and staff from a range of backgrounds and cultures so as to achieve the most effective solutions •Proven ability to implement change and to manage the process of a change within a dispersed organisation •Strong technical background an excellent understanding of Windows AD & Exchange, IP Configuration and MPLS Networks Qualifications •IT or related degree + ITIL Managers Certificate |
