Job Title: New Business Generator/ Telesales/ Sales
Job Description: Our client based in Halesowen is a successful IT Solutions company with a well-established client base across the country. Now due to expansion they require a New Business Generation Specialists to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching new companies, sourcing prospective clients and calling contacts to sell the company and to gain a leads for sales team to engage in business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Researching new companies and sourcing new contacts
* Proactively calling new companies (cold calling)
* Develop new income opportunities for the business
* Handing over new business leads to Sales team

Your experience should include:

* Tele-sales or face-to-face sales
* Ability to make high volume calls (cold calling)
* Ability to build rapport quickly with clients in order to establish long term relationship
* Customer service

Person Type

* Excellent communication skills
* Resilient
* Self motivated
* An interest/background in IT would be advantageous

* Basic salary £16,000 - £18,000 + Commission
