Job Title: German Speaking Export Sales Administrator
Job Description: General Description

To contribute to continuing growth of the company. To bring further language skills to the Department. To assist with increased administrative workload. To widen the existing marketing and sales resource. To liaise with new European customers and other new markets.

Main Duties:
First point of contact for German customers

Administration:
Setting up new accounts on existing system
Credit Application for new customers
Raising and expediting sample and Point of Sale requisitions
Showroom order entry processing
Liaising with warehouse and despatch staff
Arranging showroom despatch
Sales order processing

Organisation:
Updating customer records
Updating Customer Relationship Management system
General administrational duties as and when required for company management and staff
Map-pointing new and existing customer location
Co-ordination of showroom and show floor installation
Translating documents

Communication:
Calling potential customers, qualifying leads and appointment making for Sales Representatives.
Liaising with internal customers (agents and sales staff) and external customers for all matters related to product despatch, payment advice, documentary advice
Assisting retailers and new customers with product advice, cleaning and maintenance advice, installation advice as and when required and where relevant
Keeping new customer base advised of updates to ranges or launches
Attending exhibitions

Person
Experience and Background:
International experience either through travel or experience with / exposure to foreign cultures and norms
Sales administration in a similar environment a bonus
Flooring experience not essential
Customer experience – experience of dealing with satisfied or dissatisfied customers

I.T Skills / Qualifications
Language graduate if possible – Fluent written and spoken German (Dutch and French a bonus) Word, Excel, Power point, Map-point skills a bonus
Sales order processing systems
