Temporary Customer Service Advisor.
Do you have experience of working within a Customer Services environment? Are you over 18? An excellent opportunity to join a growing company and be a part of it's success! With The run up to Christmas ahead our client is looking for 4 temporary customer service staff to work on their Christmas campaign. Duties will include contacting existing and previous customers via phone advising them of the campaign, answering queries and questions, forwarding information to them and liaising with the end supplier to confirm orders. We are looking for individuals who have: - A pleasant customer service manner - Experience of outbound calling - Good keyboard skills, with a working knowledge of Excel, and, - A general customer service background (either office-based, call-centre or retail) You will work a 40 hour week (5 days out of 6 - Monday to Saturday) starting 8.00am - 5.00pm If you think this is you, please email your CV with a covering note to cv.commercial@workforcerecruitment.co.uk N.B only CVs that have been emailed to us can be considered for the above post.
