C#/.NET APPLICATION DEVELOPERS
We are looking for highly talented C#/.NET application developers to join our Shared Technology and Build Lab groups, to develop state-of-the-art content creation and development process tools used across the many unique and exciting game projects we currently have in development. Can you identify software-industry best practices and apply them to a creatively driven game development team? Required skills and experience: -Excellent C# core skills (2-3 years experience), .Net framework, Generics, Reflection -Solid understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT -.NET Windows forms development, good UI skills -OO Design Patterns -Grounding in Managed C++, C++/CLI -Strong communication skills -Qualifications in computing science/mathematics or related technical discipline (degree level preferred) Beneficial skills and knowledge areas: -C++ and low-level programming -Understanding of network/socket programming -Exposure to a formal development methodology (preferably Agile, Continuous Integration, TDD) -An active interest in emerging technologies (XAML, WPF, Silverlight) -Practical experience of Web Services, SQL, SOAP -Understanding of Software Configuration Management, Unit Testing and software automation. This will be an initial 3 month contract with a view of extension dependant on performance.
