An excellent opportunity to join an established helpdesk team.
You will be taking incoming calls from members of the public, single user licences and from multiple user licences for this known brand of software. You will access the internal knowledge base to provide technical support to users, talk them through fixes and resolves issues while the caller is on the phone. This role will also involve taking calls requesting software and support, processing orders, providing quotes etc. The ideal candidate should have a good technical ability and some form of IT qualification/certification is desirable but not essential. |
