URGENT ROLE CLOSES 6pm 31st JULY. An opportunity has arisen for an Service Desk Administrator in a friendly, professional Warrington based company. This role would include:-
•First point of contact for corporate (not consumer) customers •Logging and escalation of issues to the appropriate team •Effective prioritising of incoming issues •Tracking and owning issues through to resolution •Keeping within SLAs •Keeping the customer informed •Strong admin skills such as Word, Excel and reports •Setting up new users or changing passwords •Representing customer service on conference calls This role is a highly communicative role and we are looking for administrative, rather than technical skills. However we are a forward thinking technology company and so there are always opportunities to move in to new career areas longer term. You will require some similar experience to apply for this role.
