THE ROLE: To be based onsite with a key client and be responsible for the recruitment and on-going care of the temporary workers. The process will include reference checking, eligibility to work checking and initial site induction. You will also be involved in ensuring the client is happy with service levels and initiate any disciplinary procedures with the guidance of your director. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in warehouse and distribution running a high volume warehouse / distribution centre.
