Job title: Membership Sales Consultant Location: Enfield / North London Salary:Basic £14,000 plus comm. OTE £21,000 + Hours:Working 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota basis Job Role: To support the Sales and Membership Manager in ensuring that the club delivers its membership targets (monthly and annually.) 1) Support your Sales and Membership Manager in designing the clubs sales plan by monitoring and understanding your local marketplace including competitors. 2) Actively participate in all sales training and take every opportunity to increase your level of expertise. 3) Look for opportunities to exceed your customer's expectations, interact with them, anticipate and respond to their needs and understand their wants from the club offering. 4) Support your Sales and Membership Manager to ensure that the sales plan lives within the business. 5) To work as part of a sales team, to involve, motivate and inform non-sales staff with regards to sales. 6) To provide correct information to prospective members regarding facilities, programmes, procedures and prices. 7) To recruit new members in order to hit sales and revenue targets. 8) To generate awareness of the club within the local catchment area.
