My client is a leading, global blue chip organisation with over 70,000 employees world wide. An opportunity exists for a Bid Manager/Project Leader to join to one of our key services divisions, based at our head office in Crawley. Your role will be to lead services related projects, from opportunity identification through to implementation and service delivery in predominantly Military and Government domains. You will be required to ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and the solution meets requirements in the most cost effective manner. Manage and liaise with all bid functions and contribute either directly or indirectly to a successful bid submission and serve as the main point of contact for the bid, providing leadership for technical as well as capability integration. We are looking for someone with strong experience in Bid Management and Capture Planning and someone with experience in working in join ventures or partnering arrangements. You must also have experience of and be commercially aware of the Military and Government industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are also essential.
