Order Co-Coordinator,
The company is a leading national producer of precast concrete products for the Building, Civil Engineering and Rail Industries. They are currently recruiting for an Order Coordinator whose main purpose in this role will be to work within the processing team based at the regional offices in Wolverhampton. Main duties will involve processing orders, liaising with the sales advisors and customers; the purpose of this job is to provide the customer with accurate and timely information in relation to their orders, liaising with internal departments for updates on the order progress and dealing with any queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration/order processing experience. You must also possess GCSE Maths and English Language. An understanding of commercial awareness and geographic location would be a major advantage. The ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and managers and an understanding of performance measures and deadlines are essential. Your personal attributes will be: team working abilities, a self starter, co-operation, motivated, able to encourage others to complete tasks, planning, organisation, prioritise workloads, schedule own workload, monitoring own progress, rescheduling tasks as required, problem solving and contingency plans, taking responsibilities for customer complaints or problems, making decisions using own initiative and achieving quality. You will also need to have strong communication skills, be clear concise and accurate and have to ability to adjust the style of your communication to meet audience needs.
