To assume full P&L responsibility for the marketing of the Company's new skill games network. You will be responsible for the retention and conversion of customers on behalf of our European network partners and for full management of the promotional budget, providing a platform for new products, a range of P2P game formats and community led mass market soft gaming. The key duties of the post are as follows:- You will: •manage promotional budget •plan promotional activity, brief and co-ordinate creative team and create copy for online campaigns •analyse and report promotional success and ROI •manage the flow of information between the CRM team, Account Management and partners •be responsible for delivering retention, reactivation and conversion campaigns for the European partners Plus other duties consistent with the grade as directed. Essential Skills: -Marketing experience within the online gaming environment is a requirement of the role. A track record of successful implementation of CRM strategies with improved financial performance is a must. - Strong creative, copywriting and analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills . - Flexible self motivator who can work individually and take projects and run with them. - The ability to think both analytically and creatively and always seek to identify solutions rather than problems. - An enthusiastic team player. Desirable: -Experience within the Skill gaming sector would be preferred. -A passion for Skill games, Casual games or Console games -Ability to speak any European language would be an advantage but is not essential |
