Telephone Appointment Makers – 4 day week - Absolutely no cold calling involved.
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Salary: £16,000, plus bonuses, earning potential £25,000 Keywords: Customer Services, Call Centre, Account Manager, Telesales, Course Enrolment Advisors Our client is the marketing arm for Europe's largest independent skills training company and due to the overwhelming demand for courses they are now looking to expand their appointment making team. Based in Luton and in modern, very comfortable offices you will be using state-of-the-art diary management software. Suitable candidates will possess: Experience of call centres, customer services or outbound calling. Excellent telephone manner The drive to meet targets The ability to think on your feet. Well organised. Responsibities include: Follow up on incoming inquiries from candidates looking to enroll onto their courses. Manage the diaries for 4 course advisors. Making outbound calls to people who have enquired about their courses and making appointments with the correct decision makers. Organising and making sure that your 4 course advisors have everything they need to carry out their appointments. Hours of work: Wouldn't it be great to have a 3.5 day weekend! You will be required to work a four day week which starts on Monday and finishes on Thursday, owning a car will be a definite plus as you will be working day shifts (The latest shift ends at 9.30pm) By working longer hours you will have the luxury of finishing your week by 12.30pm on Thursday's Hours Monday - 9 - 8pm Tuesday- 2 - 9pm Wednesday - 2 - 9pm Thursday - 9 - 12.30pm Current appointment makers average £22,000 - £25,000 per year, this is a great opportunity, Apply Today! |
