Specification Technologist
Are you looking to further your career within a large multinational company which produces premium chilled/high care products for the major multiples and. We are looking for a high calibre Specifications Technologist with strong chilled/high care experience to join this business which has got major plans for investment and expansion. Key Accountabilities include: * Ensure each product has an approved and finalised product specification. * Maintain an electronic database of product specifications, which are readily accessible and secure together with a formalised protocol for generating and archiving specifications. * Liaise with customer personnel to ensure all customer specific specification formats and technical documentation are completed against customer timelines. * Generate an appropriate reference library database of all NPD samples with key details and photographs. * Deal and resolve customer enquiries as appropriate. This will provide a focused resource to liaise with the factories and maintain the integrity of the company specification system and provide a structure and method to the generation of product specifications. Ideally you will have a couple of years experience in a similar or related role and ideally some project management experience would be useful. You should be able to multi task and prioritise projects using effective communication, time management and the ability to deliver against critical timelines.
