Technical Manager
Are you looking to further your career within a large multinational company which produces premium chilled/high care products for the major multiples and. We are looking for a high calibre Technical Manager with strong chilled/high care experience to take control of the technical, process and hygiene functions for one of the sites for this business which has got major plans for investment and expansion. The main responsibilities encompassed in this role will include establishing clear standards for product safety, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to and ensure that hygiene standards are of the highest level, whilst also robustly challenging these standards by way of observation, audit, monitoring etc. Drive SMART action plans to deliver continuously improving standards and make sure that all site technical objectives and KPI's are delivered.. The successful candidate must have outstanding communication skills and have experience of leading and developing teams. You must have experience of implementing systems and procedures and knowledge and experience of BRC legislation and regulations with in a chilled environment. It would be advantageous to have a degree or higher food qualification in food science and knowledge of world class manufacturing.
