Job Title: Bid Manager
Job Description: This company operates from a network of national offices providing development, building and maintenance services tailored to local needs and customers' wishes supported by the resources and expertise of one of the industry's leading players. They are currently looking for a Bid Manager to work in Poole to manage and prepare tender submission for a range of construction projects. You need to have the ability to write and review submissions to a high standard, have sound technical knowledge, attention to detail, and be able to work with minimal supervision to meet fixed deadlines. With 5 plus years experience working in a estimating or management role, you need to have knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction from small works to major projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required with effective time and project management skills to prioritise across a range of opportunities/demands on time. The package on offer will be commensurate with relevant experience and regionally appropriate with all the usual fringe benefits associated with a position of this importance.
