You should thoroughly understand the DMRB, as well as Section 278, 106, 107 and Section 38 Agreements. In this role you will liaise with Local Authorities during the planning stages and should therefore have a clear understanding of the process.
You will be a graduate (ideally Civil Engineering or similar) and will have sufficient experience for a role at this level. You will also undertake Project Management and Business Development responsibilities, therefore you should be confident talking to clients, local authorities and contractors of all levels.
