My client is a very well respected, specialist recruitment consultancy that has a number of well established locations in the South and East of England. Norwich is a key location with a large team that covers many sectors including engineering, IT, Construction, HR, accountancy, sales and commercial. As this business goes from strength to strength and as the business continues to grow there is a need for a new Senior Consultant to focus on the oil and gas sector to truly maximise client potential.
You will be responsible for running this specialist area as if it were your own business. You will develop the business through proactive sales, and by building close working relationships with clients and candidates. Networking will be a key factor within this specialist niche to promote the brand name and as an additional means to source candidates and to become an expert in your field. This role is not just about sales, it's about building on a business for the long term - your personality and self determination will prove a key point in this. Ideally you'll have a specialist recruitment background with 2 years in the oil and gas area. You should be a self starter that enjoys a degree of autonomy with a real drive to want to develop yourself as a Recruitment professional. In return my client offers a very competitive basic salary with excellent commission scheme which should enable you to earn in excess of £60k in year 1. You will also receive on going training and support to help you to achieve your full potential. There is scope for progression too within this growing organisation either to build a team around you or to be considered for a new location for this dynamic and expanding player.
