Job Title: Administration Manager
Job Description: Our client is seeking an Administration Manager to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in the business development and marketing of a expanding firm within a brand new facility.

Administration Manager -The firm is world famous for its specialist product and has moved to new facilities in the Ripley area. It is really going places from an established worldwide client base. There are no limits to your progression within this firm and promotion is purely based on the work you put in.

You are driven and ambitious and you will have excellent organisational and communications skills. Experience of working in a sales department would be useful, but not essential.

You will take control of the administration of the sales and marketing function and be capable of managing systems, helping deliver a marketing plan, optimise communication both externally and internally customers.

You will also:

Co-ordinate the sales process
Perform diary management
Co-ordinate forecasting and other sales figures
Terms and payment management
Manage the quoting system
Manage the shipping and installation process

You have excellent problem solving and planning skills as well as business acumen. The firm is offering a starting package of around £16000 to £20000.
