SALES AGENTS
My client are the fastest-growing marketing services business in the country, they design and deliver complete marketing solutions for major B2B and B2C brands, for example carphone warehouse & Morethan! The role involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for selling a range of new and additional products/services to suit the needs of the customer. The ideal candidate will possess: •Telesales or face to face sales experience. Preferably over 6 months. •Strong customer service skills, be it face to face or call centre. •Strong I.T skills. •Excellent people and communication skills allowing you to gain trust, win empathy and develop a relationship •The ability to handle objections and spot ‘upselling' opportunities. •And,Self motivation & professionalism. To succeed in this environment you must enjoy being challenged and thrive on working to and beating targets! You will enjoy working in a lively vibrant atmosphere & receive ongoing training. This is not your average contact centre, and this is not your average role. SALARY IS £14,500 BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION, WILL ALSO RECIEVE MEDICAL HEALTH CARE, AND PENSION AFTER 6MONTHS PROBATION, ALSO THERE IS DISCOUNTS OFF VARIOUS PRODUCTS. SHIFTS BETWEEN 8AM-9PM (INCLUDING 1 IN 3 SATS) THEREFORE YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR WORKING PATTERN. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN ALTRINCHAM |
