Working for a world leader in Call and Contact Centre Quality Analysis, an opportunity has arisen to join the Research Team.
We are currently looking for candidates who are fluent in Swedish, German, Italian and English to join the team based near Exeter. A background in customer service is required. The role will involve measuring the level of service delivered by businesses (many being Blue Chip Companies) nationwide and abroad. Findings will be recorded according to the project requirements using custom software and reported back to the client. This position is available on a part or full-time basis, dependant on skills. This is a temporary position for the initial 13 weeks with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. |
