| Job Description: |
Foundry Technician required to follow casting process from concept of part to release of production items. Duties include:
Estimating and quoting for new parts. Initiate improvements at drawing stage prior to mould tool manufacture. Liaise with toolmakers on feeding methods and tool design for production use. Engineer new and exisiting products, improve cast yields by working with casting team and Team Leader. Foundry qualification would be of advantage to the successful candidate. |
