Description:
A large contact centre in Peterlee are looking for retentions advisors to join their sales team.
The role involves making outbound calls and handling inbound calls from customers in the process of leaving the company with the aim of retaining their business. You will be required to understand their reasons for leaving, deal with any complaints they might have, match their needs to the companies products and promote the companies benefits. You will be working towards sales targets within this role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and good rapport building skills, a sales background from either retail or contact centre, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
The hours are Monday - Friday between 8am-8pm and you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4. Starting salary is £13,457 plus commission, your realistic OTE is £24K!!!
