Our client, a leading lending business based in Hull, is looking to recruit permanent Customer Service Executives to start on a full time basis as soon as possible.
The company are a well established business that offers many customers a route back into mainstream lending and are well known in their marketplace. They offer excellent training and development programmes to invest in their employees and are looking for candidates with previous contact centre experience in order to ensure that the customer and colleague experience continues to be of the highest standard. The role involves managing existing customers expectations in order to exceed business targets and is on a full time permanent basis.
