EXCITING OPPORTUNITY to join a leading provider of premium finance products in the UK and Ireland!
Joining a brand new division within their company, you will provide a first class telephone and email service to all external and internal customers, whilst maintaining accurate and detailed system notes. The role is a mix of administration and end to end customer service. Your key responsibilities within this role will be: Responding to all customer calls Ensuring all action notes are input onto an automated case system Amending client's bank details Following the correct procedures for escalating calls to senior advisors as required Ad-hoc administration, including sending out solicitor's letters and attaching faxes to case files.
