Our client based in Worcester is a rapidly expanding Internet services company with operations in Italy and Spain. Due to continued growth, a great opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, inspirational Contact Centre Manager who can continue to develop the Customer Facing Teams in line with the company's goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have overall operational responsibility for all Customer Care Teams, and will be responsible for developing, directing and controlling the companies Customer Care Strategy and will have a keen desire to develop and motivate their reports. Some of your responsibilities will include: * Implement enhancements to systems and processes to maximise efficiency * Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Customer Care Teams * Develop a sales culture within the Contact Centre * Ensuring workload is managed across the teams in line with department SLA's & KPI's * Identify, develop and implement new business opportunities Your Experience should include: * Ability to build highly successful and motivated teams * Bringing innovation to problem solving * Providing excellent customer service * Delivering business results * Salary £27,000 - £35,000 A full and detailed job specification is available |
