Our client, a large utilities provider, are looking to recruit the services of an Application Support Analyst. Key tasks will include: Maintenance and support of the business application suite; System and incident management and control, performing the following tasks: Resolving operational problems and assigned user faults when on the Day Shift Rota; Managing the diagnosis and resolution of problems through to completion. At least 2 years experience in a similar support role; Exposure to distributed systems and client / server applications; Knowledge of Windows 2000, IBM AIX, Oracle. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills and have energy and enthusiasm. |
