Team Leader / Call Centre manager for growing insurance company.
Based : Cheadle / Cheshire Salary : £20k, Uncapped Comm (£50k OTE), Bonus, Company car and Healthcare (after qual period) This role would suit anyone who has been a telesales agent, telesales executive, sales executive, insurance sales executive, sales executive, insurance telesales executive, claims sales executive, call centre manager, team leader, sales manager, call centre team leader, A fantastic urgent opportunity has arisen with one of Manchester leading insurance claims companies. Working on behalf of named insurance companies they follow up on personal injury claims to completion. The role of Team Leader / Call Centre Manager includes coaching staff to succeed in their roles using best practice in performance management and call monitoring. Managers have to be comfortable analysing and acting upon statistical reports as well as maintaining the motivation and morale of their teams. You will be working to targets, coaching and developing your team members. You will have a hands on approach to all aspects of the role as you will be supporting your team in sales and servicing customer needs, as well as the call centre manager in both strategic and operational initiatives. A desire to share you knowledge and experience to assist others will also be beneficial as you will be training and mentoring your team. You should be able to analyse and interpret data in order to develop strategies which will benefit all aspects of your team, and the call centre performance Key Skills / Experience •Min 2 years experience of leading or supervising team in a call centre or contact centre environment •Strong mentoring and coaching skills •Excellent communication skills •You must be confident, hardworking and have a can-do attitude •Excellent IT Skills So if you are looking for a good uncapped earning potential with a professional organisation based in the South Manchester area this is definitely the role for you.
