| Job Description: |
Assistant Quantity Surveyor required to work for one of the largest international multi-discipline company specialising in Design and Construction of Civil, Structure, Telecommunication and infrastructure projects.
Your role will be supporting the Quantity Surveyor and assisting in the following tasks - •Prepare budget tenders from planning drawings •Prepare and submit tenders from construction drawings for clients •Send out construction drawings to sub-contractors •Negotiation and agreement of tenders with clients •Assist project managers and other project staff in day to day project financial matters •Submission and agreement of variations with clients •Negotiation and agreement of variations with sub contractors •Preparation and agreement of contracts with sub-contractors •Review and comment on client contracts •Preparation and submission of monthly cost reconciliation's You will have a Surveying qualification or worked in a Surveying position for at leaset one year. |
