Job Title: Business Improvement Advisor
Job Description: Our client based in Worcestershire operates a diverse group of rapidly expanding companies. Working within the consultancy arm of the business you will be responsible in assisting the Director of Strategy to produce a clear and consistent framework of growth for the individual businesses within the group. Operating primarily within the service sector you will have a background in assisting SME companies in developing new processes and procedures to aid their growth and development.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Evaluating the status of business strategy
* Identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement
* Undertake process mapping and improvement with business teams
* Identify support IT systems required to deliver improvement successfully

Essential Skills:

* Experience of facilitating business process improvement and or strategy
* Experience of working with startup and growing companies
* Knowledge of process mapping and improvement approaches
* Understanding of small business strategy and operating models across a range of sectors
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to research and analyse data
