Our client, specialising in the design and build of LNG tankage facilities, requires a suitably qualified and experienced COMMERCIAL MANAGER to be based at their Head Office located in Darlington, UK.
Responsibilities include - Enhanced Profitability and cash flow. Effective Management of Risk and Change. Ensure Contractual Compliance is achieved. A thorough understanding of the Project CVR Costs in terms of both the estimating cost base, expended, incurred, committed and forecasts costs on completion. Develop a strategy for maximising profitability of Profit Drivers (and minimise or reverse loss leading activities). Must have previous experience in a similar commercial lead role and working on multi-discipline major engineering construction projects, ideally in the Oil and Gas and Process sectors. Must have a recognised qualification i.e. Degree and have excellent IT skills. |
