RETENTION ADVISORS
Since 1998 my client has focused on providing the highest possible levels of service to its customers. They have developed their Northenden head office to accommodate up to 500 customer service and support personnel. They have now been officially recognised as the UK's fastest growing telecoms company. Today they have over 70,000 satisfied business customers, who all enjoy unparallelled service levels and fantastic discounted rates for lines, calls and broadband. As a retentions Advisor you will be Working in a team of 10-15 people dealing with customers with contractual issues and/or wishing to cancel their services. Calls are both inbound and outbound. You will ideally possess: An excellent understanding of all contractual issues. Strong sales customer service skills. Good negotiation skills & excellent persuasion abilities, Self motivation & professionalism. And Proven success in a target driven environment. You will be rewarded with a great working environment and full staff support, with plenty of job satisfaction and progression. WORKING HOURS ARE MON-FRI 9am-6pm. SALARY IS £11k-£13k + Bonuses and 2 pay reviews per year. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN NORTHENDEN |
