Our client - A major financial organisation are recruiting for Motor Insurance Claims Advisors to work at their location in the centre of Liverpool. This role is a fantastic opportunity for some-one who is customer focused and looking for a career with progression. Duties will include receiving and dealing with incoming calls from non-fault third parties or their representatives who have been involved in an accident with our policyholders. These calls will either be regarding a motor vehicle accident they would like us to deal with or telephoning for information on the progress of their claim. You will be required to discuss all aspects of the claims and try to get them in to their repairer network and provide them with a replacement car whilst their vehicle is being repaired. Aim is to provide the third party with excellent customer service and deal with their claim efficiently in a short space of time causing them no fuss or inconvenience. You will be responsible for keeping the customer/client up-to-date and ensure successful resolution of their claim. You will also be responsible for carrying out diary actions from the work-flow system and diarise future actions via postal/fax/electronic correspondence.
Deliverables - Productivity associated with progress of individual case loads - Accuracy (spelling, inputting correct details) - Making straight forward financial calculations to identify cost associated claims - Meeting Service Level Agreements (e.g 95% of tasks completed in under 48 hours) - Undertaking all calls within set parameters This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday The centre is open between 8am - 6pm and saturdays 9am - 1pm Some evening and weekend work will be required |
