A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work for one of the worlds leading Construction Companies.
As a QS you will be required to: Be responsible for the valuing, processing and invoicing of all works, procurement and payments to subcontractors. Provide financial information as required and produce monthly accounts Manage Trainee and/or Assistant Surveyors You will have a competent working knowledge of the following: Use of bespoke packages Working in the social housing market Working as part of a team Dealing with high volumes of low value orders Good IT Skills In return my client offers fantastic benefits, excellent working conditions and the room for career progression. This position is to be based in Essex Hours - full time Hourly rate - £40,000 - £45,000 |
