Job Title: Credit Controller
Job Description: Reporting to the Credit Manager, working as a key member of the credit team you will be responsible for maintaining an effective collection process for all overdue invoices using telephone, letter, and email while managing an accurate record of collection activity. Along side this you will be required to assist the cash allocation team to ensure that unallocated cash items are identified and allocated within 3 working days of receipt including accurate records of all journal transactions. Ideal candidates will have gained experience of working as part of a credit team or have a history in customer service. Good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.
