We have a vacancy for a highly motivated Sales Support Administrator to join a market leading organisation based in Swadlincote.

The position is based within a fast-paced sales support team and the successful candidate will enjoy a busy and varied working environment in a progressive, dynamic company.

As Sales Support Administrator, the main responsibilities will include -

1.Processing enquiries and orders received by phone, fax and email
2.Maintain email enquiry system
3.Monitor order process and advise customers of service issues
4.Provide basic technical information e.g. competitor comparisons
5.Provide customers with prices and terms
6.Record (written form) all customer conversations/actions on computer system
7.Assemble/send literature packs
8.Be pro-active in converting enquiries to orders and follow up of literature and quotations where necessary
9.Generate system reports when required
10.Maximise all potential sales/business opportunities
11.Register and maintain complaints and returns to stock
12.Resolve & reduce invoice queries and where necessary raise credits
13.File orders, etc, as per company practises
14.When required assist other parts of the organisation to ensure business continuity.

The successful candidate will have a good level of education with at least 2 years relevant experience.

Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate -

"Excellent time management skills in order to work efficiently and to deadlines
"Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills
"Experience with Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.

The salary for this position is £15,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.30pm (5pm finish Fri) which equates to 40 hours per week.

The location is commutable from Swadlincote, Burton on Trent, Stapenhill, Measham, Coalville, Ashby De La Zouch, Newhall, Woodville and areas of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
