We are looking for Schools Account Managers for an established maintenance services company that supplies food technology equipment (e.g. cookers) to schools. Following its recent acquisition by a large distribution company, it wishes to grow by increasing the number of schools it works with.
This will involve visiting schools in a given region and presenting the company's services to build relationships and generate sales. You will speak to decision makers that could include bursars, Head Teachers, curriculum teachers and Governors. You should be familiar with the school environment (e.g. teacher, administrator, bursar, business manager), or may have other experience of supplying the public sector. You will be able to work from home and manage your own appointments on full or part time basis. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with strong communication and relationship building skills. Field sales experience is beneficial, but not a requirement. There are excellent opportunities for career progression within the company and the group. A package in the range of £21,000 - 25,000 per annum plus pension and car allowance is offered.
