ROLE: SECTION LEADER / PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: BOURNE SALARY: £18,000 - £23,000 PER ANNUM SHIFTS: 4 ON, 4 OFF / 16.00 - 02.30 This is an excellent opportunity for a strong supervisor / team leader to join a large food production company based in Bourne. As Section Leader, you will be required to supervise a team to ensure that products are manufactured to quality standards. You will need to ensure that operatives are correctly deployed and are performing to standards, as well as managing their performance and attendance. You will also be expected to participate in staff recruitment processes and inductions. Other accountabilities of the role include managing line improvement activities and undertaking team briefings. The ideal person must have: Good IT skills Experience of a manufacturing environment Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 30 people Good numerical and verbal communication skills Supervisory experience Flexible approach to work and hours |
