Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Job Description: The company is within the construction industry is currently seeking a full time permanent, highly motivated Sales Support Administrator to join their fast paced team based in Swadlincote.

The successful candidate will enjoy a busy and varied working environment in a progressive, dynamic company.

Reporting to the Admin Supervisor duties will include:

Processing enquiries and orders received by phone, fax and email. Maintain email enquiry system.Monitor order process and advise customers of service issues. Provide basic technical information e.g. competitor comparisons. Provide customers with prices and terms. Record (written form) all customer conversations/actions on computer system. Assemble/send literature packs. Be pro-active in converting enquiries to orders and follow up of literature and quotations where necessary.Generate system reports when required.. Maximise all potential sales/business opportunities. Register and maintain complaints and returns to stock. Resolve & reduce invoice queries and where necessary raise credits.File orders, etc, as per company practices. When required assist other parts of the organisation to ensure business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of education with at least 2 years relevant experience. They will possess the following attributes: a positive attitude and an ability prioritise workload and to work on own initiative as well as part of an established team; have excellent time management skills in order to work efficiently and to deadlines; good communication, customer service and organisational skills; have experience with Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Hours of work; 40hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.30pm (5pm finish Fri)
Salary; £15k
Due to the location of the office you require your own transport.

The role is based in Swadlincote and is commutable from Burton on Trent, Ashby De La Zouch, Overseal, Woodville, Stapenhill, Moira, Linton, Ticknall, Donisthorpe, Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
