Business Development Executive
Beckington/ Frome £40-55 Basic- OTE £60-80K Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Beckington office. A senior management position, reporting to the Business Director the successful Business Development Executive' role will include •Taking responsibility for meeting defined order intake targets •Building propositions that match company capability to market needs and differentiate our company from the competition •Identifying potentially profitable market needs and championing internal changes to match company capability to those needs •Developing and managing customer relationships •Identifying and developing opportunities that will allow short term business targets and long-term strategic aims to be met •Advising on bid strategy and participating in EOI/PQQ/bid preparation •Developing and championing strategies, plans and budgets that meet or exceed divisional objectives. The Business Development Executive key results areas include but are not exclusive to: Maintaining regular contact with customers, collaborators and competitors in order to keep lines of communication open for pursuing existing and new business opportunities. Maintain awareness of current and future customer programmes and projects, in particular those relating to the Land and Air domains. As Business Development Executive you will help to maintain the profile of the Company by attendance at seminars, presenting and publishing papers and providing inputs to trade publications and identify innovative ‘product' opportunities suitable for Company PV investment proposals.
