You will need experience as a chef, preferably gained in a similar environment and hold a basic food hygiene certificate. Duties include basic food preparation for our busy catering outlets as well as functions and events, ordering stock and provisions, ensuring optimum levels of cleanliness and presentation are achieved. You must have your own transport and a full clean licence as travel between the two parks will be required.
Working 40 hours a week (mostly day shifts) five days out of seven, including weekends, this position offers you the chance to develop your skills in a unique and challenging environment. Location: Near Hythe |
