Our client based in Worcester is an expanding IT support company who specialise in providing hardware and software solutions to SME businesses across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
Following a review of their operation they have created the position of Telesales Manager who will be responsible for generating high quality leads and appointments for the Key Accounts team. Some of your responsibilities will include: * Contacting a pre-defined database of SME businesses to generate interest in the clients services * Achieving set targets of number of calls, appointments generated and conversions * Developing long term working relationships with internal and external customers * Working with the Key Account Managers on special marketing campaigns This role offers career progression in the medium to long term in line with the company vision of creating a dedicated Telesales team.
