Leading Provider of Telecoms services based in Gibraltar have an excellant opportunity for an experienced Network and Security Engineer to join their central technology function here in Gibraltar. Key responsibilities are
•To Maintain IT infrastructure in order to meet the demand of their core operations and to support business change. •Monitor their Network and Security elements to ensure optimal performance. •Mitigate internal/external abuse, security and denial of service attempts. •Liaise with network vendors and peers to ensure efficient operation of service. •Ensure all network and security issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will also be involved in some key projects on the upgrade of their core network and security infrastructure so experience in some project based work is key. This is a great opportunity to join a very forward thinking and progressive organisation who have seen really good growth over the past 2 years.
