Nexus Resource Solutions are a successful, well known recruitment agency specialising in IT recruitment for clients across the UK and Europe. Based in stylish offices in the heart of Guildford and run by passionate and lively professionals we are currently looking for 2 great recruiters who love the industry but want a new challenge and perhaps also want to be a bigger fish in their pond. We offer a pond (of office environment, you might call it) that is relaxed (we dress down when not in front of our customers!!!!) yet driven and professional, but without the politics and micro management that can sometimes be part of a Recruitment Consultants day to day existence in a larger companyokor pond! To be suitable, you will ideally have at least 3 years (or more) experience and will have a track record of consistent delivery of permanent and/or contract revenue to customers that love your service and keep coming back for more. You will be experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process from cold calling prospect customers initially, right through to timely delivery of the customers recruitment briefs which will include headhunting activities when and where appropriate. You will also be capable of building up customer accounts based on consistent delivery against their needs. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we want people who show their professionalism, knowledge and integrity in everything they do not people who talk a good game but simply dont practice what they preach! You will be motivated by success (and will hopefully like to have some fun along the way) and by money. As already mentioned, you will set high standards of professionalism and integrity (which are our core values), you will consistently be looking to add value to your customers and be capable of thinking outside the box when necessary. In return we offer an excellent base salary to £40,000pa (plus a 1st class commission plan that is geared to reward over achievement and is totally uncapped), full admin and resourcer support (who also makes splendid tea and coffee), state of the art technology systems, town centre offices and, as already mentioned, a relaxed yet professional working environment.
