Job Title: Parlez-Vous FrançAis?
Job Description: Do you enjoy offering technical support to a wide range of customers? Are you confident trouble-shooting via e-mail and over the phone using your French language skill? If so this could be the job for you. My client, based in Beaconsfield, is a leading global provider of enterprise software solutions and is currently looking to take on a dynamic individual to join the support team.

You will provide support on a range of products via phone, e-mail and where necessary onsite, focusing predominantly upon the company's intranet suite of products. As well as supporting complex customer environments, you will be required to suggest techniques and tools for application development.

To apply for this role, you will be degree educated and have previously worked in a support environment with Windows NT/2000, Solaris or HPUX. You will be confident speaking both French and English to help customers. You will have knowledge of web servers and HTML and exposure to relational databases. Experience of Java, C/C++ or .NET would be highly advantageous.
