You will be promoting the company and supporting local and national events, both over the phone and face to face.
Responsible for the efficient administration of all systems and activities from the local office in accordance with policies and procedures. You will be working effectively with venue hosts, caterers and sponsors in kind, liaising effectively with all participants, graduates, speakers, panellists and other contributors Producing quality supporting materials and setting up all venues for events will also be a key part in this position. This position requires you to maximise the use of all the IT systems also purchasing and maintaining local stationery stocks within specified budgets, keeping Office and the Knowledge Base up-to-date and accurate. Managing the office schedule, brought forward and filing systems effectively Part of the role will be working effectively with all UK Office teams to implement policies, procedures and the reporting systems. These include: Maintaining up to date and clear financial, HR and training records and ensuring accurate returns are sent to UK Office when required Working with the UK Office media team to maximise the use of the client's websites and graduate communication. |
