Accounts Assistant £14500-15500 My client is a large services business located in the Callington area. Good all round accounts experience will be required. Suitably qualified (either professionally or by experience) will be given strong consideration. PURPOSE: To provide accurate and timely sales analysis reports, to assist in all areas of Purchase Ledger and with administration covering all aspects of the Finance function. 1. Processing EDI and manual orders for two days each week. 2. Raising manual invoices and credits and posting on to computer system. 3. Processing EDI invoices on a weekly basis. 4. Providing support for Sales Ledger as required. 5. All administration of company cars. 6. Assistance with all areas of Purchase Ledger. 7. Responsibility for month end Purchase Ledger procedures. 8. Provide reception cover for tea breaks on a rotational basis. 9. Producing daily, weekly and monthly sales analysis reports for managers and directors of the company.
