| Job Description: |
Large company based in Snodland require a person to provide a professional first point of contact for all visitors and to manage the switchboard efficiently.
You will be required to identify the purpose of visits, signing visitors in and, if appropriate, arranging for a member of staff to attend to the visitor. Candidates must be able to demonstrate, numeracy and literacy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent. You should have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills and previous experience of working with customers and members of the public would be an advantage. You should have good typing skills and be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Training will be provided on the use of any specific systems required to perform the duties of the role. |
