As a result of their continued success they now need two qualified Quantity Surveyors to join their busy office in Barking Essex. As a candidate you will possess the following attributes: •Good team working skills •Keen to progress •Able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without the need for prompting •Ability to work within best practice guidelines and company standards •Ability to take responsibility for financial aspects of a project, when appropriate •Be commercially aware of the environment and applying common sense •Understanding of key benchmarks and ability to measure success against them •Ability to promote and achieve early resolution to problems •Willingness to promote a partnering environment •Ability to assess performance and strive for continuous improvement •good judgement, and demonstrating financial understanding Computer literate •Good communication skills –verbal & written •Knowledge of the construction process •Ability to build good client/consultant relationships To be considered for this opportunity please call Dan on 08454 30 40 40 or by sending your CV to register@@cotechrecruitment.com. |
